ENROLLMENT – We will need the following information, most of which can and should be provided to BLE on the checkout page after you have ordered your business cards; your name as you want it to appear on your business card (and the shipping address), your address, phone number(s), e-mail address, social security #, and exactly what you want included on your new BLE personal website.
PERSONAL WEBSITE CONTENT – You can include a photo or a logo (We will need a “.jpg”), as well as, a personal message to anyone you have referred along with discount information (if you choose to give one)… PLUS personal contact info (IF you want that included). BUSINESS CARD ORDERS – Your high quality two sided BLE “Referral Partner” business cards come in packages of 100.
A proof will be sent to you before we produce and send the cards to you (Unless you are already a Referral Partner and this is simply a “re-order”).
